Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything you submit to or create with ALMA, in Discord, on the website, and on hosted pages. Breaking it can lead to removal of content, loss of credits, suspension, and reports to the authorities.

Never allowed

• Any sexual or sexualised content involving minors, or content that appears to depict minors. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
• Sexual, nude, or intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person without their consent, including "undressing" or face-swaps.
• Deepfakes or voice clones of real people without their consent, or used to deceive, defraud, harass, or impersonate — including public figures and election candidates.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content promoting violence or terrorism.
• Phishing, credential collection, malware, or scams — including hosted pages that imitate login pages or brands.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights, or that reveals someone's private information.
• Instructions for weapons capable of mass harm, or other illegal activity.
• Attempts to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or credit rules, to farm credits with multiple accounts, or to attack or overload the Service.

Photos and voices of real people

Only upload a face, photo, or voice recording (for example to /clip, /edit, /video, or story characters) if it is you, or you have the person's clear permission. Never upload images of children for avatar, face, or likeness features.

Mature content

Content that is legal for adults but not suitable for everyone may only be generated and shared in Discord channels marked age-restricted, and must still follow the rules above and the model provider's policies.

Labeling

Outputs are AI-generated. Do not present them as real photos, recordings, or statements of real people. Follow platform and legal requirements to label synthetic media when you share it.

Reporting

Report abuse, a hosted page, or infringing content to not yet published. Include the link or message and why it breaks this policy. See Contact & Grievances for timelines.
