Failed and cancelled runs
When you confirm a command, its credits are reserved. If the run fails because of our systems or a provider, or you cancel it before it finishes, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically. You can see every charge and refund in your dashboard usage history.
Results you don't like
AI output varies. A run that completed successfully is not refunded because you did not like the result, but most commands offer enhance, edit, or regenerate options.
Purchased credits
- Credit purchases are not live yet. When they launch, unused purchased credits can be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase by contacting not yet published.
- After 14 days, or once purchased credits have been used, they are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where a technical fault on our side prevented their use.
- Free, starter, and promotional credits have no cash value and are never refunded.
- If your account is closed for breaking the Terms, remaining credits may be forfeited where the law allows.
